Entry Requirements:
  • Contestants must be in the 6th to 12th grade.
  • Contestants must submit recording of themselves singing on a CD,DVD
    or cassette tape.
  • Contestants may sing to a recorded music track, instrument or acappella.
    Solo artists only - no bands.
  • Entry Form must be completely filled out and signed by contestant or parent/guardian if contestant is under 18 years of age.
  • Entry fee of $25 (non-refundable) must be enclosed with submission package.
  • Photo of contestants must be enclosed. Photos of the 15 finalists will appear on www.idolsforacause.com (Photos & recordings will not be returned.)

  • Fill out Entry Form (available in pdf format Monday, February 8th, 2009)
  • Mail completed entry form, $25 entry fee, contestant’s recording,and photo to:

  • Submission Deadline: April 17, 2010
    Notification Date: April 20, 2010

  • Contestants will be notified of results via email or telephone.
  • If contestant is chosen as one of the 15 finalists, music track for finale must be provided on CD by contestant. Contestants will have the opportunity to speak with professionals regarding this matter after April 20, 2010.
